There are a number of ways that you can monitor your progress through the framework. On every page of the site, you'll see progress overview bars.
This first bar shows you, at a glance, how many Aspects you've rated. The more aspects you rate, the fuller the bar becomes.
The second bar shows you, at a glance, your average overall level of attainment. This is calculated by taking an average of all of the ratings you've given for each Aspect. The higher your level, the fuller the bar becomes. Don't forget that a level 1 is the highest level of attainment, and level 5 is the lowest level of attainment.
As you're drilling down through the framework, you can also review your progress on an Element by Element, or Strand by Strand basis.
Here, the large, blue bars shows average level of attainment and the smaller, green bar is a benchmark level - it shows you the average level of attainment that other schools using the framework are currently achieving for each Element and Strand. Your data, and the data of all other schools registered to use the tool is used to calculate this benchmark level.
To the right hand side of any drill-down bar, you'll see the total number of Aspects that you've completed in the given Element or Strand.
At Aspect level, you can see which Aspects you've provided ratings for by looking for a tick in the tabs at the top of the page.
