REVIEW YOUR ESTABLISHMENT

Elements are the parent categories that group the various strands of the 360 degree safe Self Review Tool.

To see the strands within an Element ('drill-down'), click on the Element's title, or click on the progress bar for that Element.

You can find out more about an Element by clicking on the 'About this Element' link, next to the Element's title.

Once you've started to rate aspects within an Element or Strand, a blue attainment bar will show at Element and Strand level, showing you your current level of attainment within that Element or Strand.

Your current level of attainment is calculated by averaging the levels you've provided within the Element or Strand.

You'll also see a smaller, green bar - this is a benchmark, showing you on average, what level other schools are currently achieving for this Element or Strand. This figure will change as schools amend their scoring and will become more accurate as more schools use the tool.

The 'Aspects Completed' box shows you how many aspects you've provided scores for within a given Element or Strand.

E.g. 5 of 15 would denote that you had scored 5 out of a total of 15 aspects in the given Element or Strand.
